I work with circuit's design and firmware develloping Usually i Work with pic, ATmel, Arduino (Uno, Mega, Nano and Due), ESP8266 (boards like ESP12 and NodeMcu) For my firmwares I use C/C++ and Lua Script About your project, I believe the only way to your Arduino master comunicate with two Arduino AT THE SAME TIME is putting 2 Bluetooth modules on the arduino master, and the board could fell RF interferences. Otherwise, if you dont need real time control, the master can communicate with on, stop communication and begin with the other
