PCB Layout, Vintage PC Computer Motherboard

Design a 2 layer Printed Circuit Board (PCB) using ExpressPCB Software (Free Download) following a circuit schematic and a physical example provided by us. The PCB design will be subsequently prototyped. The board is approximately 12 inches square (31 cm) and uses approximately 100 DIP ICs, 50 passive components and some assorted connectors. The PCB sample we will provide has circuit traces which are easily visible to the eye, however the components are installed on the board. (OK to remove components as needed). Accuracy of layout is CRITICAL, since mistakes will be very difficult to locate after-the-fact. We will provide a complete circuit diagram and a physical board example. We require the physical layout of the board to match the PCB example board as close as possible, which will require physical measurements. The components used on the board are all vintage type (~30 years old) with through hole mounting, and no surface mount. It is a simple 2 layer board (top and bottom) with components mounted on the top side only. Preference will be given to experienced PCB designers. Use of other design software is perfectly acceptable, if the final design output can be translated to the ExpressPCB software format.
