Arduino/Rasberry Pi consultant locks, RFID, puzzle design

I am looking for someone very familiar with Arduino/rasberry pi, to be a consultant to help guide us in creating locks/puzzles based on those platforms that are going to be used in games, nothing super secure, just puzzles unlocking magnetic locks, etc. Helping with schematics, answering questions, sourcing parts. I need someone who can be available with fast turn arounds for providing detailed sketches, Iwe can do soldering wiring, but need help on both design of what needs to be wired, and programming . Interested in ongoing relationship. An example of one project would be 3 items that need to be placed in a certain location and then electromagnetic lock releases once all 3 are present. We would want parts list, sources, circuit examples/pictures on arduino/rasberry pi, and any code that might be required. Looking for an ongoing relationship, so could go to hourly or by project depending on preferences.
