Hello, I am an electrical engineer who worked as a Design and R&D engineer at Transformer Factory for 2,5 years. I've already prepared a couple of spreadsheets to make the design proccess easier. Which does design calculations by changing copper and core cross-sections (by taking values from a list which contains findable or producible values) and tries to find the best design by comparing losses and cost.
