A bank wants to install a video teleconferencing system at their main office so that they can save travel time and cost when conducting meetings with various international clients. You have been asked to provide a bid on this system. Basic system functional requirements are as follows • The system shall be capable of providing both audio and video communication • The system shall be capable of accommodating multiple sites during a videoconferencing session. • The system shall have the ability to store video conference sessions on a database server for later review. • The system shall be capable of 1000 Mbps (1 Gigabit per second) communication speed. With the above requirements, provide the following a) A block diagram of the videoconferencing system showing all the equipment/devices and wiring necessary to perform the functions. The block diagram should show the proper type of wiring/cable that interconnect the devices and the communication network. The diagram should also include proper labeling for all devices and wiring and communication networks. b) Conduct a search on the internet for available devices that you can use to build this videoconferencing system (including all wiring). Provide a cost estimate (material only) of the system based on the specific device models that you have selected. Note: The block diagram shall be done using a software drawing tool. Hand drawn diagram is not acceptable.
