I do not want to upset you: but your circuit will not work, because you have 6Volts NiMh accumulator. Small board on your picture can charge LiIon accumulators with maximum voltage of 4.2V(I think indicator too, but maybe you have variants for 6V NiMh) . If you assured that you have 6v equipment: than connect battery red wire to the "B+" of the board, black wire to the "B-" of the board, indicator "+" to "B+" of the board, indicator "-" to the "B-" of the board. "OUT+" and "OUT-" of the board will be your load. USB cable connect to the board and to the PC or wall adapter on the other side. White resistor dont need. That's all.
