Summarise interviews

I need a freelancer to support me in conducting investigations and specifically with producing summaries of interviews. This would be a summary of the interview but not a transcript. It would be required to be written in perfect business english in the third person, using a style that I would explain. 1) A report that is an example, with instructions to demonstrate what the finished product should look like. 2) A .mp3 recording of a telephone interview 3) The form where the final summary interview would need to go. This will already contain some of the details that I would populate, as well as some of the basic notes that I made whilst conducting the interview. You would need to add to these notes and make them into a good quality interview summary. Your task would be to listen to the recording and make amendments/additions to the form to make sure the relevant details are recorded. The style and format would need to be sure to reflect the format in the example document. It is extremely important that this is a summary and that repetition and waffling are cut out. To ensure that this is something that is cost-effective to out source to a freelancer, I propose to set a fixed pricing structure on this work: 4x the length of the interview. Basically if the interview lasts for 30 minutes, you get paid for 2 hours to do the work; 90 minute interview gets 3 hours. Our relationship would be as follows: you would do the first one of these, I would review it and then we would decide on the next steps. I have at least 16 interviews to complete, if this process works. And further similar work in future.
