I am conversant with Excel and have many Macros for different purposes. You project is fairly simple,it is to merge the data in different files after deleting the the first 7 lines in the 2nd and following files. I shall assume that the number of such files is not known and the macro should come to stop when the all the files have been merged. the number of lines in each file is also not known aand selection of lines for merging should stop when a blank line is encountered. Also I assume that the macro can pick up any one of the sample files and append data from other files. An Excel Macro to undertake these tasks can definitely be made. Even if there are changes in the rqquirement,then even these can be accomodated.

I see visio images in last column of each sample file - it should be copied too? Regarding additional column that should be added in sample files - is this column C (Gesamt-summe)? When it comes to the last part I am not sure what you mean: - The files must be merged to a new table - The table contains the first 7 lines of one file (No matter which one) - all following merged files must have the first 7 Lines be deleted If you are interested I'll would very much like to make a demo for you.
