I can easily design this system because i have developed a system that can be use in Iphone, Ipad, and laptop. For your information the layout for that we design for laptop can be use in Ipad. Based on your specifications i can finished this project in a week or mabye less. I just need to create a layout that have all the details that you want to enter and fix some formula based on what you want. To be true, i don't even think this project worth 1000 USD because it can easily be done. But you need to have Filemaker Server to connect the same database using Ipad and laptop. If you don't want to buy filemaker server i know one guy ( Peter Watz ) who provide this function. It's not that i know him personally but this guy provides the service.

I have a lot of experience building databases just like this. In order to give you the functionality you are looking for, you will need to use Filemaker Go. This database would need to be hosted on a Filemaker Server with a static IP address to make it Real Time/Anytime. I can help with all of this.
