My proposal is to create a Power BI dashboard with different tabs, which contain tables with Budget and Actual data. Also, highlights in order to visualize if you accomplish with the objectives or not. Some charts to compare the budget and actual data or data between different periods. For example, a tab with different KPIs and a cross tab table. Once built, it can be periodically updated manually using an .xlsx or .csv file. My offer covers: requirement analysis.
