i run a company and we need a few different compliance and staff management spreadsheets creating, that are of a decent quality to help improve data tracking and waste less time. the requirements are as it follows:
1- we need a spreadsheet that monitors our staffs compliance based on number of issues found with there work vs amount of that work done and rates them.
---RAG system is hard to explain, but as part of our compliance we have to audit our staff. We decide how much we audit of there work based on risk and frequency and then issue them a Red amber or green rating.
2- spreadsheet to mange incoming work requests, staff allocations, if it has been invoiced, when timesheets are back etc
--- incoming email request, agreeing details with the client, booking staff in, assigning them to the job then tracking how much we need to invoice, what docs have been sent out, if requests have been done etc.
3 - Lastly a database / spreadsheet of our staff and candidates (as we deliver training) with the competencies they have dates they need renewals or assessments, images / files relating to that individual etc.
---- data base will be sued to keep a record of all staff and candidates we have, with a list of competencies / certs and dates they expire so we can update them and call them when it is close to this time to get repeat business as well as a log if someone calls up to check if a cert issued is real, and it will be able to link us to the certs / files of the candidate
