Need help with Excel Macro to enable auto fill and distribute info to another sheet

Hi Guys, Basic Idea of work. I have 2 separate excel sheets, workbook Sheet 1 and workbook Sheet2 , which change everyday with the information but column heading are fixed. Now sheet 1 is incomplete field , which require to be filled with information from sheet 2. Total column are around 25 to be filled/corrected. Few column headings need to be filled with default selections, which are incorrectly entered. Need to remove duplicate fields on the basis of few conditions ( 4-5 conditions) and those don't meet the conditions, will be save in another sheet. Need to fill the cells on basis of other fields.. These steps also need to done with 2 other separate excel sheet , with only few changes to be made Once sheet 1 is prepared as per instructions , it will be updated and convert to sheet 3 Sheet 3 will be divided in 3-4 different sheet on same workbook sheet, based on the criteria defined. I'll provide all written instructions and sheet data. I am looking some creative idea to handle this via Macro or something On VBA excel Macro/ dashboard app... so if we select two different excel files and select the fields to be auto filled ( My thought). NOTE: Need full instructions and any formulas/codes/files used in making this project. Max budget is $50, will not accept any offer above budget.. best and less quote will have preference. Cheers

I have a university degree in economics and IT, and several decades of system design and programming, in the recent decade especially in Excel and VBA. I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLSM file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files (or the folders containing them, as required by the job) and hosting command buttons and other controls if necessary.
