Our service is online membership service for local businesses in UAE where we will provide members with exclusive access to a centralized database of listing of local "publicly announced business opportunities"
Opportunities means the following:
Local publicly online announced: Tenders, request for proposal, request for quotation, request for qualification, pre-qualification, auctions, new projects, investment opportunities, ongoing projects update, and the like floated by government and private sector in their websites, newspapers, or on third party website
We have template on excel sheet, with client (opportunities owners, entities who float opportunities in UAE) list in the first column, you need to search each client online, find their website and find weather they are floating opportunities online in their website or in any third party and complete the information for each client in each row of the excel sheet. total no. of clients is approximately 1000 clients. big percentage of the clients will not be providing opportunities announcements online - but only in newspapers which is out of your scope.
So your job will be to find the source of opportunities not to list the opportunities by themselves. and the most important piece of data you will provide is the url link of the opportunity announcement page in the source website (corresponding to column F in the excel sheet)
On the other side you need to find out if this page is updated regularly or is dead and update the sheet
The attachment is sample excel sheet template with some names of clients with some fields filled (we may revise it together to fit best our need).
You need to provide daily report for your work sending the filled excel sheet for each day. and you will be paid on weekly milestones.
Your offer should be based on hourly rate and you need to mention how many client you can search per hour. so we will judge based on your productivity and hourly rate in addition to your relevant reputation and expertise.
