I have a previous experience of creating a tracking tool in excel sheet which have a login I’d and password for both ADMIN and USER and both admin and user(if admin give permission) have access to data entry from a tool where I can keep drop down box/text box/ Y/N box etc. The data will be stored in excel sheet.
