VBA script to a) Import a dBaseIII table into Excel 2007 and b) Update/add records/fields into the dBase file

Write a VBA script in Excel that a)Prompts the user to Browse for a dBase III file located somewhere on the server/local drive. Loads the table into excel. Each dBaseIII file has one table only. User then updates the records and adds/modifies/deletes rows and columns as he/she wises using Excel and then presses the Save/Update Button b) Save/Update Button then replaces the table in the dBase file with the table in excel There are multiple dBase files on the server. Multiple users will be inputting data through this Excel script to the database files on a regular basis. Any suggestions or improvements will be appreciated and I am open to ideas for a better way of achieving the required task. The administrator of databases has a good knowledge of VBA and basic knowledge of databases. Comments must be provided in the code for future modification/debugging.
