328808 Image flash effects

Hiya! I am looking for someone who can add some flash effects to an image I have (header image - attached). The image is basically built up out of 5 symmetric light-tubes. The light tubes should have the pulsing effect start in the center of each tube, and then go right + left in that fashion (symmetrically as well). Different light effects / speeds would be appreciated. The effect should make the white tubes glow / pulsate with light every now and then. a good example of this effect can be found on: [login to view URL] In the attached image all lines that need this pulsing effect are marked. Please post prior work that matters, and don't spam me with 500 other projects that don't even contain flash. Those bids will also be removed.
