22131 Virtual Brochure

I need to create a virual brochure in Flash. Have a look at [login to view URL] The main features I require are: Turning pages by dragging the corners Click the page to zoom in Navigation to jump to a specific page of Next & Previous Contents button showing thumbnails of each page for quick access Pages to be loaded from JPEGS as required and NOT all loaded in at the start (for speed) XML file to determine the order of the images I'd like suggestions as to how links can be created within the pages taking the user to another page in the virtual brochure. Note how the image in the example is clear enough to read once zoomed in.
