I am an owner of a construction / remodeling company in San Diego, California, and I am trying to build a professional and elegant looking web site. I do have a friend who is an expert in PHP/HTML locally. So, he would be building most of the web sites. But, I would be interested in getting an estimate for designing the whole web site as well.
