flash mini apps with XML config

looking for a flash programmer who is capable of providing a fixed bid for the following: flash MX movie file (and source) which is configured with XML. The file must be able to "rotate" between images and display a small window of text over the image. the movie must adapt to any display size. I can provide a png example of the look. this will be used to "rotate through" project case studies on a corporate website - a screenshot or other sample will be displayed, and a small window will animate up from the bottom border with the project title and description. the transition timing, effect and sequence should all be controlled via XML. the file should not require embeding any images - all image resources and text will be external. for an example of a gallery application which uses the xml configuration method, see: [login to view URL] for an example of a transition style I like: [login to view URL] (note the motion blurred page transitions) The flash application on this page is quite similar to what I need: [login to view URL] For an example of an effect I'd like to be able to apply to the 'project' images while they are being displayed: [login to view URL]
