We have a workshop document in PDF that contains numerous questionairres. We need an expert in AEM forms designer, Acrobat etc. to install forms and other simple functionality in that document that allows users to answer all questions, and then be able to return it to us for processing via email or similar methods, wo we can then pass on the information gathered to professionals who can help them. The product will be sold in various formats and platforms, including Amazon, Shopify etc. so it must be stable. We are developing other versions of this same workshop for other vertical markets, so we need to get this down on the one we have already created.
