Dear Sir or Madam, This is the first time I am bidding a job at freelancer. However, I can guarantee you that I can finish the job successfully on time because I have 10 years of experience on GIS. I took courses about cadastre, GIS and land information systems during the BS and MSc education. I created cadastral (parcel) maps from both scanned maps and CAD drawing using ArcGIS and QGIS. There were some topological problems at dxf files, but I detected all problems and corrected. Then, I digitized all parcels of the scanned maps. I submitted this project to a government agency.
