Speech Writing for Topics about Interior Design

Project Description: I am an interior designer who has the opportunity to give presentations about various interior design subjects to both residential and commercial interior design clients, enthusiast, and end users. I am a subject matter expert but I have difficulty articulating what I know in a method that is not only informative but entertaining and engaging. I need several 30 minute speeches/presentations written. I will provide the outline and research for all the topics. Presentation to Business/Commercial Group -Capturing emotions with color. Creating a corporate image with color -Acoustics and sound control in office design -Space planning and office layouts for collaboration -Issues with open offices and finding an ideal office layout -Creating a first impression in the reception area Presentation topics to Residential Group -Decorating 101 -Furniture arrangement -Window treatments basics -Easy accessorizing -Color Palette Basics -Decorating a rental unit -Small space decorating The speeches should not read like articles or reports. These are presentations that will be given to a live audience so the writing must reflect language and phrasing for a presentation. When read out loud the speech should last 20-30 minutes. Qualifications: -Fluency in English, including perfect grammar and phrasing. You must be able to write like a native English speaker -Experience in speech writing -Be able to provide examples of speeches you have written before When you submit your proposal, please price it based on how much it cost per speech.
