Needing a ghost writer to create a 20-30 page eBook

I'm looking for a ghost writer to create a 20-30 page eBook on how to open and run a successful restaurant during the pandemic or a recession. You will need to do research to understand the impact on the pandemic on the restaurant industry and the tips and ideas on being profitable. The readers will most likely be first time restaurant owners and operators. This will be a HOW-TO guide with well backed research and anecdotes, but in a practical yet entertaining tone. The eBook will be written from the perspective of a restaurant management veteran of 20+ years who has extensive experience from cruise ships, fine dining, casual dining, hotel food and beverage services and brewery. You will need to speak authority, knowledge and professionalism, but with a sense of humour. The eBook must: * Contain original content (pass Copyscape) * Be written in a positive, conversational tone, in addition to the notes above on the voice of the book * Be free from grammar/spelling errors And upon the project completion, you agree to me having the full rights to the eBook and its content.
