273055 FrontPage Cover

I need someone to design 3 simple front cover for my 3 different sports' newsletter. I will give you the images and the content. You'll give me variations of design and I'll pick one. Another programmer did this for me every month at $10 a cover, but he is going through personal issues at the moment. I will not pay more than $10 per cover because this is a very simple job and you will have projects to do almost every month. I need 3 different covers right now, so my budget is $30. You can see samples of the work the previous guy did in the attached file. I need all files delivered in pdf and jpg. Please bid within budget. Thanks.
