EBAY Template Needed

I need an EBAY template. Applicant Requirements: 1. Experienced template designer preferred. 2. Reference, sample template or past work samples are required for accessment. 3. Applicant needs to be motivated, efficient & committed to deliver service. 4. Applicant needs to give advices & suggestions. 5. Lastly, this is not a must, but will help if you have worked with Australian Ebay Sellers. My customer base is Australian customers only. you may advise me of what they tend to like with your past experience. Template Requirements: 1. The design needs to be modern, simple, sharp, crisp, fresh looking & most importantly professional. 2. over the top static graphic with GIF graphics (moving) at the top right. It should contain my seller ID, attention grabbing, and promote my business. 3. upper section is for pictures. big picture to the left & thumbnail on the right hand side. So when buyer move the mouse onto small pictures, the picture will show on the left. 4. middle section is product description which I myself will fill in for different products. 5. bottom section is Shipping Information, Checkout Info, Terms & Conditions, which all are fixed. 6. I also need a spot to insert video clips in the future. 7. One template with two different color themes are required, and to be shared for 2 Seller IDs: OMG This Is It & Greater Deals Direct. Therefore ideally graphics used should be suitable for both IDs. 8. prefer blue-ish color theme but you are welcome to suggest a good color with your experience. 9. current product range is tapware, electronics, appliances, cosmetic products.
