Re-design of company logo

Hi, I need a re-design of a logo for my business. We're undergoing a new branding effort and I want a similar logo with a similar color scheme and look. Upon your bid, I will send you our logo and what our business does. Upon winning the bid, you will return to me your re-interpretation(s) of the logo (always with the company name beneath it) and we can perfect the final look of the logo. This is meant to be a simple, quick project that the right freelancer could complete in the span of a day or two. I don't plan on going back and forth and haggling over the perfect look--really I would prefer there to be three or four interactions between us and the logo will be finished. To prove you actually read this post, include the word "forthright" in your response. Also--because of the simplicity of the project, do not bid over $100 USD--the winning bid will be closer to $50 USD. I look forward to working with you.
