Logo design & Animated GIF Banner - various sizes

I have a websitse that I would like a new logo designed, and a home page banner. The logo will need to be high resolutions; the same design, and to fit the following formats: 1. Webstore : 310 x 90 pixels 2. eBay: 310 x 90 pixels 3. Amazon (Logo images must be 120 pixels wide by 30 pixels tall, and they must have no animation. Image files should be in .jpg or .gif format.) 4. Favicon (small logo that goes in the url) (16x16 px) Important - Please ensure you are familiar with the above sizings. I will require a sizing mock-up to test that it fits correctly. I expect at least 5 designs and I will choose the one I like the best. The logo must be a unique design (not copied from any other retailer) I will require final design mock-ups for this logo to be completed within 5 working days from appointment. With the final fully rendered logo to be completed within an extra 2 working days from me agreeing the final design. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a 10% reduction in the price for each day it is late. You will need to answer any messages I send within 24 hours, and all mock-ups and designs will need to be transferred via freelancer messages system. Banner Design: I would like this as an animated GIF (not flash). It will consist of 4 or 5 key messages, and should be designed following a detailed design brief. We will work on this after the logo is completed. Providing all is to my liking, further work will be automatically assigned to you for other design work to do with my websites (guaranteed). Once appointed, a full design brief will be sent to you within 24 hours. I look forward to working with you.
