Modify Custom Antique-like Investment Certificate - Photoshop

I have done most modifications myself, but there are a few remaining modifications that exceed my skill level. We are using these to give to investors as a novelty item, those who invest in different levels of our shipwreck treasure hunt on RMS Republic. IMAGE MODIFICATIONS: 1) "SHARES" in upper right corner needs to be changed to "UNITS" (must match "NUMBER" font in upper left). "100" needs erased below "SHARES" 2) The small text below boxes in 1) need eliminated and the background must be flush. I attempted this below "SHARES" unsuccessfully. 3) All text following "THIS CERTIFIES THAT" must be erased and the background must be flush. 4) Both signatures at bottom left and right must be erased, and background must be flush. "TREASURER" needs changed to GENERAL COUNSEL , and "PRESIDENT" needs changed to MANAGING DIRECTOR. 5) In top shipwreck image, the shipwreck needs 4 masts instead of 2 masts. See image of RMS Republic (via Google Image search) for spacing on the ship. 6) Background (white color) of shipwreck image needs to match off-white color of the rest of certificate. 7) DIFFERENT CLASS/COLOR CERTIFICATES - This is one version of 5 certificates. We need the following color scheme for the certificates below: E-class - Green color as here: [login to view URL] D-class - Maroon color as here: [login to view URL] C-class - Blue color as here: [login to view URL] B-class - Gold color as here: [login to view URL] A-class - Black color as here: [login to view URL] The "E Class" and Amounts I can change in Photoshop myself. I just need the background and colored templates to work with. BONUS: If the freelancer is able to substitute the bears illustrations in the bottom center of the image with either hardhat divers or dual diving helmets (ex: Mark V Diving Helmets), and they looks like they belong, we will give a bonus. They must fit the image/theme and we must be satisfied with the result.
