I am looking for a website designer familiar with the vBulletin 5.0 Connect and the connect Mobile Bundle as well as createa corporate identity package including a logo for the website, in four color process, drafted for review on business cards, letterhead, and number 11 envelopes. The logo also needs to transition to a single color for stamps. Included in the identity package would be a 4" x 3" single color logo, the same as the website, with the URL of our eBay store and our vBulletin website URL. These will be used to create stamps that can be pressed against card stock used in the card trading business.
Please also note that I may downgrade to vBulletin 4.x as 5..x is still a relatively new software package, and I have found a few bugs with it when it comes to design.
I'm looking for a designer that can create a great skin reflecting the Americana of collecting, trading, and selling of sports cards (baseball, football, basketball, hockey, UFC, soccer, etc.). I would like a elegant look to the site but not so much that it takes itself too seriously.
I'm looking for a designer to provide five mock-up examples for both the website skin, including major icons and buttons, especially in the form space.I want this to be a collaborative effort and not one where a designer unveils their design at the end of the mockup examples.
You must be familiar with Bulletin 5.0 and the connect mobile bundle to be awarded this job. This will be my first time using freelancer, but I've been on the eLance now for almost 7 years and have worked with designers specifically for vBulletin blogs, and forums.

When it comes to design, I obviously expect the site to retain it's exact look and feel and navigation across all of the major browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Mozilla.) from a mobile perspective, Android and iOS. also,please note that the site should be designed for 1366×768 screen resolution, however, for larger screens the website background should scale efficiently and elegantly.
vBulletin is a touchy monster, and where they can look right in one browser, they can look incorrect in another. I I would expect the designer to provide a warranty period for their design to correct any inconsistencies across the browsers.
Included in this project, I would like your pricing to reflect working with additional programmers for integration of third-party add-ons like auction forums, newsletter templates, and other third-party add-ons.
