I need a responsive HTML5 template made that will work on all iPhones, Android Phones, and desktop computers. There are a number of screens that I needs made. When bidding, please include the following at the top of your response: 1. The number of images in the attached PDF file (the number of phone screenshots) 2. The number of days that it will be for me to see something (1 or 2) 3. Any sample sites THAT ARE SIMILAR to the attached PDF. If you do not have anything very similar, do NOT send me your resume. Sending me irrelevant things, or not including the above, will make me ignore and hide you from my bidder list. I am expecting this to be turned around in a day or two. You can view a video demonstration of the screens I would like my template based off of here: [login to view URL] I want the template to have a very similar look and feel. You can change the icons, but they need to be very similar. I would like the option to have a splash screen that shows for a few seconds before the main menu loads.
