Modify an existing website.

I have an existing meme making website which is http://memebop.com. It lets you choose a meme image template and add text and then share the link. I need the following changes implemented in it. 1. Every image should have it's own page which can be SEO optimized with Meta tags and keywords. Currently when an image is selected the URL is something like [login to view URL] I want it to be something like [login to view URL] The page should be generated dynamically with the name of the image in the url, and other meta information so that it can be SEOed and indexed in sitemaps and search engines. 2. There should be a search box with which users can search images/memes based on their names/title/id 3. On the final page where the meme is created to share the meme, a download button should be added which downloads the meme to the computer. A copy link button should also be there. 4. On the home page there should be a tab like "Most Popular" or "Most used" meme which should list the images/meme in order with popularity. 5. I have another website which lets users upload and share funny images, it is http://hobop.com. On the meme maker site, when a meme is created, I want an additional button which shares the image on my image sharing site. For a reference of how this work, please check [login to view URL] and create a meme there, after creation, it has a button to share on http://9gag.com. I want similar functionality. There might be a few more minor changes which will be discussed as the project proceeds.
