Website redesign

I need a website redesign. I need just a single page design, I then copy/paste all content for multiple pages. Would be 3 total pages though, need one for cell phones, one for tablet, and one for everything else. I imagine they would all be exactly the same except for any html tags, but if the pages will be different be sure to include the cost of that in your quote. I also require javascript code on the page for social networking Google +1, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. The code should read the pages meta tag for title/description if one is needed. The page needs to be lean and quick and clean. No heavy graphics. I want to continue using the current apple/orange logo, really like it. But I cant find the original photoshop logo I had made here (back when it was rent-a-coder). I attached what images I have. You must plan space for my Google advertisements. According to Google the best performing sizes are: 336x280 Large Rectangle, the 300x250 Medium Rectangle, the 728x90 Leaderboard, and the 160x600 Wide Skyscraper But choose the ad sizes that would best complement your design, as the above is a rough idea.
