3-D background images for website

We need to supply our clients using our content management system with more options for a backgrounds (architectural images). The images have fairly specific requirements which will be provided to the winner. The new images will need some edits to accommodate the requests of our clients using our current system. Our current images were created with a cad/architectural program Images to be supplied with source files and name of software used to render them as well as the version of the software. Goal is to create a set of images that will allow - swapable colors - created as transparent background images allowing us to use the architecture with different background and foreground scenery - Supply source files for each image, and what software/version it was created with We're looking for a designer to look at the current images, and come up with a layout concepts for the drawings, high quality graphics, and some creativity to give the images a "current" look/feel.
