I am looking for someone to design my web page, which will mainly focus on diving, courses and daytrips. I will buy the domain and the host service and also provide the necessary content, such as descriptions and pictures. There would be no news feed or webshop involved, however, there would be a booking page, with payment option, linked to my paypal , so people would be able to pay full or pay for the 10 percent deposit to finalize the booking. The page will have to be available in 4 languages, English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese- i do send the translation- and must be well optimized for mobile phone. Please provide me with your to from budget for this project. Thank you for your answers.
