I'm looking for someone that can build a site that offer will creation service. Responsive clean design that works smooth across all devices & browsers. 2. Include user accounts to allow: (a) User sign up, to create a free account. (b) Allow users to sign in, buy & pay for different packages using Credit card or Paypal. (c) Allow users to store important documents created and/or by uploading images. 3. A Web Form that users complete/submit which generates a PDF (or Word). Main landing page will allow users to complete a web form such enter name, address and answer a few questions. Once users complete the form and submit, the site will generate a PDF or a Word document that allow users to save, download or print. (No electronic signature needed. The users will print the form and sign themselves.) I am looking for a developer (or a team) that can can provide a complete website. 5 to 7 pages, logo (provided), menus, header/footer, social integration, blog, blog signup form etc. call to action and more. I have a general idea for how I want the site to look and feel. I can provide some help if you'll be using a wordpress platform. I will provide graphic, content.
