Build a Website with hostgator like affiliate features, coupons, Payment gateway integration

I want someone to build a website with affiliate features of hostgator where in someone can signup and get a referral link and i can know how many users have signed up through that link and what have they purchased, and credit the commission accordingly. also have to integrate payumoney for taking payments. will be selling services with different packages so will require the design of the home page to have work portfolio etc. A user database where in he can signup and order for desired services and if he has signed up from a referral link, the referrer should get the commission. Also applicability of coupon codes has to be worked out. A back-end where in i can manage everything from the commissions, the referrals, the rates of the packages that i'm gonna sell etc. All this and many more features in detail, this is a project not once but you will maintain my site for lifelong , and keep updating it as required. so please serious bidders bid. please comment with your portfolio link, designer who have already created anytime of referral marketing sites would be preferred.
