Building Tournament Website

I want to start and run a website where players/teams from multiple games can compete on a weekly basis in tournaments. Tournaments will require registration based on tokens that players/teams will be able to purchase and use as an entry fee. Token pools will be distributed/awarded after tournaments/matches end. Website should be able to hold a large database of players and teams that will track rank/record in these tournaments. Website should also have room to expand into more games in the future, and have room for advertisements as sponsorships are picked up. I'm looking for someone who has a decent understanding of competitive gaming and the intricacies that it would require. As this would be an ongoing project, it would be nice to form a working relationship.
