Design and Develop an Application portal to take entries from contest participants. A Creative form will be the main part of application which should be very creative and unique (Natural Language and step by step form) allowing participants to fill required information and upload their layout (one image). Image upload option should support uploading of image by local upload (native upload) and drag and drop as seen in most of the bootstrap forms. On submission of application, unique application id will be generated and using same application id and email id, they should be allowed to check the status of application. Admin should be able to review the application and can approve/reject the application. HTML based emails should be designed for all notification purpose. Apart from forms, there will be some tabs (2 or 3) which will present static information (textual and images). Detailed document will be provided post shortlisting of freelancers. Thanks!
