Drawing in sketch style

I have a very small project for a local volunteer firefighters. We need a new t-shirt/hoodie design for this year, this will help with our fundraising efforts for the coming years. I am open to suggestions about what the design could look like but I have two ideas that may work and look pretty good. I don't have any drawing skills but I can provide examples of what i hope to see. I want the design to have a general appeal so that we can produce some hoodies and people know who they are supporting, but without being cheesy. Both of my ideas are in the graffiti style, maybe manga, both kind of sketchy designs single colour to keep the printing costs down. One of a fire fighter, kind of graffiti cartoon type, doing something cool the other is a mix of a fire truck, similar type drawing, with the station number kind of merged into the bottom of the picture. My budget is quite limited since I will pay for the design myself and then let the fire station get the benefit from the design. Any ideas are gratefully accepted.
