Fix my WP Template issues

I have a themeforest wordpress template installed on my own server but I have some issues that need fixed by someone else who has wordpress/php knowledge: 1. The logo looks a normal size on the web version of the site but microscopic on the mobile site. I need them both to look normal size. 2. I need the newsletter subscription sign up app and some online forms fully installed and operational. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: we need at least two online forms and also the SUBSCRIBE app fully functional. If you place a bid and then say 'oh it will cost more to create the online admissions form' I will fire you and ask Freelancer to return the money from escrow. 3.
