Create customer facing mechanism to replace legacy storefront with something that supports a Buy option for: - 3 regular offerings and additional flow for promotional offerings - Alternate flows for people who aren't sure to TRY first for one week (but then be able to get back to what they wanted after the try period) This should also have the ability to describe and suggest both if the primary isn't what the lead wants. Goals 1. Capture the lead’s goal/motivation to better recommend 2. Capture the landing page which attracted the lead to better inform and not “forget” what brought them to our site both native or promotion Goal - reduce the barrier of commitment to attain conversion then work to push them through all the activities of their first week to make sure they have an easy, clear, and excellent first week experience so that they roll over and stay. - Rolls over to same regular offering or Speciality product - If Buy a level or Certificate then - Level is confirmed by placement test and by attending the 3 classes in the first week - Rolls over but prompts before rollover in the following way - Confirm learning level - Offer to prepay and “Buy the Level” else rolls over to the same level at signup Decided 19€ Try not free Book first class within funnel Video Confirmation email before roll Change payment summary to show rollover price Images attached: - our course offerings - two examples of the structure for the project
