Looking for a Travel Guide + Review Script

I am looking for someone to build a a simple travel+review website, very similar to Tripadvisor/Viator/VirtualTourist etc. but not exactly the same. It can be a stand alone php or WP based script or even a customization of existing WP themes like Geo Directories/Travelo/Geo Themes etc. Some specifications: - Initial database will include a list of all continents/countries/states/cities/places so that Admin can add new categories and places easily. After a city has been added Admin can also post events, attractions, restaurants and hotels. - Each page of description of particular attraction should have options to populate phone number, address, website address, detailed info about the attraction/hotel etc, overall rating based on reviews as well a map, showing what is nearby. Existing Reviews of the attraction and space for adding a new review should also appear on same page. Each page header should be descriptive for SEO purposes. Each page must also include nearby hotels, attractions and space for inserting or displaying advertisements. - users can register and submit reviews of attractions/places/hotels etc. along with overall rating and pictures/videos. All the reviews are also displayed in users profile - main navigation should be Continent/Country/City/Attraction. Every Country/City/Attraction includes also a short review/introduction. Every city can have multiple: * events (e.g. New York ; New years party) * attractions (e.g. Paris ; Eiffel tower) * restaurants * hotels - script should include a full administration that allows us to delete and edit all reviews/cities/hotels/photos/videos.... all the content - Ideally Script should be populated with Continents/countries/Cities/ Maps etc. some technical specs: - script should be modern and should be very user friendly using different modern technologies such as: SEO friendly URLs, ajax comments and ratings without page refresh, hotel/restaurant location on Google Maps etc. - script should include external language files and templates (xhtml+css .. e.g. Smarty) - script could be written in PHP or Perl using MySQL as database or even based off WP. - script should include a caching engine for big traffic as well as a possibility for scalability Hotel/trip booking booking will perhaps be added later but not initially. Ideally we would like a site that users can visit and find the most recommended attractions/hotels based on reviews/pictures and descriptions . The script should allow us to maintain and add categories to the site as we generate diversify our listings. Ideally the platform would be PHP/MySQL, we are open to CMS based solutions providing they allow for considerable growth and traffic. This could be a long term and extensive project engagement as more robust platform will be created later on if commercial success is achieved.
