I am looking for a video game graphics designer for a huge game project -- 2

I am developing one huge role-playing video game and I am looking for a graphics designer who has experience in video game graphics only. I am not looking for logos or photographs. I am looking for a hand paint graphics designer. Not exactly pixel art but close brush paint. The game I design is a dungeon crawler like the "Eye of the Beholder 2" and "Lands of Lore 1". I am going to send my game for crowdfunding so I will need to create a demo first to present to the people who will be interested to see how it looks like before the campaign begins. But the first impression is the most important. Creating the demo I will need to cover the initial costs for the artists (Graphic designers, Music composers, Voice actors etc) from my own. Not having a large capital I am expecting for the artist to be reasonable, I know the graphic design or any kind of creative work is meticulous and I respect your work and my capital too but I have to cover and other expenses except the graphic designer only. Also, I prefer a fixed price, not per hour. You will have plenty of time to design but in a reasonable time. We will discuss the price and the budget. Currently, I am collaborating with an existing graphic designer who already has designed some assets, which means the new graphic designer who will collaborate in this project will need to have the same or very similar drawing style as possible. The existing graphics need to be related to the current one I have here and it is mandatory. The game will have a Gothic horror mood so I am looking for graphics of monsters, places, level environments (Wallsets), towns, animations, and other stuff. Covering the initial expenses I will make smaller orders, but these orders will be as finished parts. If you show any interest in this project I will explain everything. Being a programmer and developing the game, I write source code and I add more functionality in the game engine, so the designer draws the assets, that they will be game ready, I check them give instructions and proceed. Saying game ready, mean the way the graphics will be designed they will be finished, even if they will be individual sprite parts or a sprite sheet. The artist will receive full detailed instructions with images and document explanation about what I will need exactly, but knowing you are not in my mind you will need more explanation and do lots of corrections, fixes until be satisfied with the final result. So you will need to accept to not charge extra for fixes, changes, and corrections. Fixes and corrections are on the part of the work. Before you will get accepted, I will need you to draw me a test sprite of my choice, I will show you some of my current assets and I will ask if you will be able to create a related one or continue the current one. If you will be able to design a related style then you will get hired. Another condition I need when I am searching for a graphic designer is if the designer has the skill to make animations. The game will have environmental graphics like buildings of places, the designer will need to know about architecture, but there will be and other things like people, animals and monsters, you will need to know about human anatomy and creature anatomy too, to know how to create correct poses. For example, if you see a wolf walking in the forest, you will need to design all animation poses, the front legs, and the rear legs will need to have a correct position and these animations will need to have a loop be seamless and able to be repeated. I will present you with examples. But it is mandatory for the designer to be an animator too.
