Modify an existing website

I already have a website but I have problems with some functions I want you to help with: - Contact form modal is not working. Also, should be created the “[login to view URL]” file for this form. - “Request for a free prediction” form from home page is not working. This worm will work like this: The client fill the requested fields (name and email address) and push the Sent button. It is allowed only one free prediction for each email address. So, first step after Send button is pushed is to check if the inserted email address exists in the “free_winningtips4you” table from MyDB. If exist, a modal window will be opened with the message “You already registered for a free prediction.” If not exists in the “free_winningtips4you” table from MyDB, one new row will be added in the db (with the filled informations – “free_nume” and “free_email”, and a new modal window will appear with a custom message that I will write. That’s all for this form. - Login form modal is not working. This “membership” area it will be very simple and it will work like this: When a new client chooses to buy a membership plan (one of the four membership plans from pricing section), first step after he/she will push BUY button is to create a new account. For this, a new modal form it will be opened, and the client will fill the following fields: Name ($user_nume), Email ($user_email), Password ($user_psw) and will confirm he/she agree Terms & Conditions. All these fields are required. $user_type will automatically take the name of chosen membership plan (Eg. BRONZE, SILVER GOLD or PREMIUM), $user_data_creare will automatically take the actual date (buying server date), $user_data_expirare will automatically take the value of actual date (buying server date) + number of days from the chosen membership plan (Eg. 1day for BRONZE, 10days for SILVER, 30days for GOLD and 5days for PREMIUM) + 1 day bonus. The $user_status will automatically take the value “inactive”. This value will be manually changed by Admin in “active” when the payment is confirmed. Please see “user” table from MyDB for all these columns. This is the end of first step (create a new account). The second step is to choose a payment method: PayPal or Credit Card. Here it will be later integrated the PayPal payment module and a module for Credit Card payment. The new user will be able to see our predictions like this: He will push the Login button from main menu, the Login modal form will be opened, he/she will fill the requested fields (email and password – both required). When Login button will be pushed, first step is to check in the db for existing account. If the email address is not in the db (“user” table), a new message will be shown: “You are not registered. Please buy a membership plan now!”. If the email address exists, next step is to verify the $user_status (active/inactive). If the status is “inactive”, a new message will be shown: “Your payment it was not confirmed yet or your account expired”. If the status is “active”, then a new modal window will be opened with some information I will write there (our predictions). So, this will be all login/account functions. No administration area, only if the account exists and it is active, a modal window with predictions will be opened. If not, not. Every day the $user_data_expirare for all accounts will be checked. If it will be bigger than actual date (actual server date), $user_status will take automatically the “inactive” value and after one more day all row associated to this email address will be deleted from db. In this way I will avoid duplication with older accounts. That’s all. It will follow another project with payment modules after I will chose the right credit card payment module (or you can make a proposal based on your good experience). All necessary login information to cPanel will be provided to you after award the project.
