I need some Graphic Design

-> Looking for an expert UI/UX designer with experience in designing Hybrid Apps for Android , IOS and Desktop based Browser's. -> The Freelance shall work closely with our team on the UI / UX aspects for Android , IOS and Desktop Browsers get the screen and flow approved and deliver the wire-frames. -> Here is a synopsis of the proposed system The user will download the app from Google app store s, Apple store or can access the app from the desktop through the browser. The End user will access this system through a Mobile / Desktop app , the Application will help the user to publish any information / On going Event / Issue to everyone with the help of Location enabled maps. The System will allow the user to Choose a Category / Area of interest for the Event / Information / Issues and then the user will be prompted to fill in short description of the Event / Information along with additional media like images , audio / video , URL etc. Once the user has completed the process , the user defined Event / Information is shown on the map represented by a Thumb pins of different colour code , where each colour representing one category / Area of Interest / Issue . This Thumb pin will be visible to all the other registered users of the system. -> The Budget for the project is $40-$70
