I need someone to update our organization's website

Our ski council website is www.lacouncil.org. and Los Angeles Council of Ski Clubs is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. It is truly in need of updating, a bit of redesigning, not sure what else. some link pages that do not go anywhere need to be removed, and a lot of updating, (names, websites, links to club websites), Its at least 2 years of date, and when newly designed 2 years ago, it was ok, but did not WOW me. But at least it was more current than previous. Now, again, it needs that, and I would like it to WOW someone looking at it. I'm not sure what to upload for you. I have an email that goes through most every page of the website with update information (and that is in need of updating this week I just found out - some links need to be added, information to be changed to be more current). I have had a quote of $285 by a company to do this, and since we are not for profit organization, the board of directors has suggested that we keep looking. I found this Freelancer website on a google search. If someone is interested in doing this, please advise and after you have had a chance to look at the website, I can send you the email with the updates (which I will attempt to update before I send it out to whomsoever is interested). Thank you for your time and interest, and I do hope to hear from someone that would like a challenge (or I think its a challenge, you being web designers may not). That's the person I'm looking for.
