Our company manufactures USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles, i.e. Boats) for fish farms to chase Pelicans and Cormorants. A single Ground Control Station (GCS) controls multiple USVs, each USV is located in a different fish pond. The USV software captures video clips of different areas around the pond, analyzes them and send alerts to the GCS. The user guides the USV towards the alerts that he sees on a map using either mission planner or QGround Control (Selectable).
The scope of this project is mostly on the Server side (Windows - open source software modifications) as well as few processes that will run on the USV (Jetson Nano).

This document also contains guidelines about Deliverable and the documentation that the developer need to prepare by the end of each milestone.
