I need someone with the experience and happy clients alike to DESIGN the interior/exterior (ADD STORY LINE) for my upcoming Children's Book Series: It's Snowing Ice Cream which will be released by Summer of this year! I already have an offer but I wanted to shop around to be sure I find the best out there!! The book has 18 full colored illustrations that are double page and the front and back cover illustrations which are complete ALREADY (Please read).
