Virtual Floor Plan

Using the attached floor plan, design a virtual (2D or 3D) furnished flloorplan that is modern and caters to the attached design aesthetic. There are two things attached, the actual open floor plan with all the labels and measurments and the design aesthetic. It is up to you to design the flooring for each room, and furniture to cater to the design aesthetic. The idea here is to provide a blue print for the constuctor to get a gernalized idea of how I want the room to be furnished and designed. My design aesthetic is an open floor plan. I would ike the living room to be white marble and outlined in black marble similar to the attched ideas. Also, on the floorplan, the pink lines indicate wall to wall windows. I would like the room to have carpet flooring and the en suite flooring can be up to you. I am going for a classic modern hotel vibe with mixed flororing and molding. On the floorplan, please disregard the old furniture as it is not correct. I like dark woods and beige carpets and black and white marble (not chequred). I am very into art deco and modern meets timeless euopean style suites. Bathroom I will leave up to you as it is a large bathroom en suite. There is a guest bathroom and a open closet as well which I would like carpet flooring for.
