The aim of this project is to build the minimal viable product (MVP) for a startup. We are aiming for an experienced Django developer. Please carefully review the attached document. We will not hurry in selecting a coder so you'll have enough time to quote. The implementation must be concluded in November 2017 incl. testing and deployment. We will fill this up more over the next days and prepare content to be dumped into the database and the descriptions of the algorithms, etc. Note that we have no more budget than that. So small changes that might arise in the next days have to be included in this process. For example if we change the way the matching algorithm works or add a new field to a user profile or change the mock up. The app will not fundamentaly change, but as we are just developing it, we might have to adjust here and there. Please note the following: - We aim at Python/Django, other frameworks are not applicable - Our plan requires an experienced developer. You must have completed at least one or more reference projects with Django. All work will be reviewed by an experienced Senior Software Developer - The design can be simplistic in the MVP. It should be based on Bootstrap 4 (CSS)
